Pickup & Delivery Policy

Customers must leave the item accessible at the agreed pickup time.
We are not responsible for theft, weather damage, or damage that occurs before pickup or after delivery.
Place the item in a covered, safe location whenever possible.
Customers must provide a correct address and contact information.
A $10 travel/gas fee applies beyond 25 miles from West Columbia Airport Address.
Drop-off at our West Columbia location is available by appointment only.
Pickup window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Delivery window: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Next-day.
Early Bird drop-off (6:00 AM – 7:00 AM) is available by request for +$10.
