Cleaning & Safety Policy
How we clean — and what we will not do.
- We use fragrance-free, child-safe products by default.
- We review manufacturer cleaning instructions before cleaning every item.
- We do not use harsh chemicals unless allowed by the manufacturer.
- We do not guarantee removal of every stain or odor.
- We do not disassemble harness systems beyond what is allowed by the manufacturer.
- We do not reinstall car seats.
- Customer is responsible for reinstalling and checking the seat before child use.
- Any changed recline, headrest, buckle, or harness position will be documented when possible.
