How does pickup and delivery work?

After you book, we pick up your items from your porch during our evening window (6:00–9:00 PM). Once cleaned, we deliver them back the next day.

What time is drop-off?

Drop-off is available during our standard morning window (9:00 AM–11:00 AM) or you may select porch pickup for full contactless service.

Are you insured?

Yes. Soda City Seat Revival is fully insured, giving you peace of mind while your car seats and baby gear are in our care.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

No. We offer contactless porch pickup and drop-off. Just leave your item in a secure, agreed-upon spot.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Chapin, Blythewood and surrounding areas.

*A travel fee may apply for pickups over 25 miles from Columbia Metro Airport.

What products do you use to clean car seats and baby gear?

We use child-safe, manufacturer-approved cleaning and sanitizing products designed specifically for infant and toddler gear.

How often should I clean my car seat or stroller?

We recommend a deep clean every 2–3 months, or immediately after blowouts, severe illness, or heavy soil.

Can all stains and odors be removed?

Most stains and odors can be significantly improved or fully removed, but results depend on material type and how long the stain has set.

How long does the cleaning process take?

Most items are cleaned and returned within 24 hours of pickup.

What items do you clean?

We specialize in car seats, strollers, wagons, and Doonas.

Is your service CPST certified?

Yes, cleaning and handling is performed with CPST-informed care and safety standards in mind.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule anytime before your pickup window.
