Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

  • Cleaning is performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines whenever available, but no result is guaranteed for stains, odors, mold, mildew, or biological contamination.
  • Soda City Seat Revival is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, fading, cracking, missing or broken parts, expired car seats, recalled products, prior improper cleaning, or manufacturer defects.
  • Soda City Seat Revival does not install or certify the installation of car seats. Reinstallation, adjustment, and proper fit for the child are solely the customer's responsibility.
  • The customer is responsible for inspecting the returned item and verifying proper installation and harness fit before each use.
  • Soda City Seat Revival is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the customer's use, installation, or reinstallation of any item after service.
  • The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Soda City Seat Revival, its owners, and employees from any claim arising from items submitted for cleaning, except in cases of gross negligence.
