- Payment is required to reserve an appointment.
- Customers may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations under 24 hours may be non-refundable.
- No-shows, inaccessible pickup items, or incorrect addresses may be non-refundable.
- Refunds are not guaranteed after cleaning has started.
- If we must cancel, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
