  • Customers may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations under 24 hours may be non-refundable.
  • No-shows, inaccessible pickup items, or incorrect addresses may be non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed after cleaning has started.
  • If we must cancel, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
